History 

Christian Counseling Centers of Washington, Kitsap & Pierce County Branch (CCCW) is an association of Christian Counseling Centers of Oregon and Washington (CCCO/CCCW).

Tim Howell founded CCCO/CCCW in 1991. To date, CCCO/CCCW have offices in 21 churches throughout Oregon and Southern Washington with over 80 churches sending referrals regularly. Tim   holds a masters degree in Christian Psychology from George Fox Seminary in Portland, Oregon. He is a Licensed Professional Counselor and an Ordained Minister.   Tim's personal counseling strengths are in abuse issues (sexual, physical, and emotional), men, women, and adolescent issues; marriage and family issues; grief; divorce recovery, anxiety, depression; eating disorders; sexual dysfunction, offender treatment, obsessive disorders, domestic violence, sexual addition/ impulse control and pre- marital. However, there are other counseling associates at CCCO/CCCW that can be matched to a client's specific need. Each therapist must meet state licensing codes, as well as CCCO/CCCW standards of confidentiality and integrity. Tim highly recommends and endorses each counselor who works in association with Christian Counseling Centers of Oregon and Washington.
